1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of wexorinia.com (the "site") and any digital guide ("guide," "product") purchased through it. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

2. What we sell

Wexorinia sells digital PDF guides on 3D design topics, described individually on each product page. Each product page states what the guide covers, who it's for, and what's included. We aim for those descriptions to be accurate and complete before you buy.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on each product page. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex) linked from the checkout step — we do not collect or store your full card details ourselves. Once payment is confirmed by the provider, you'll receive access to your guide as described in Section 4.

4. Delivery

Guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files. After a successful payment, you'll receive a download link by email. If you don't receive it within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll resend it or resolve the issue directly.

5. License to use what you buy

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own learning and personal or professional work. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the guide itself, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Refunds

Paid guides are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. If you're in the European Union, please also see the note on digital content and the right of withdrawal in that policy.

7. No income or outcome guarantees

Our guides teach techniques and workflows. We don't promise specific results, income, job placement, or career outcomes, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. What you get out of a guide depends on your own practice and application of the material.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's normal operation, or use automated tools to scrape or republish our content without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and guides are owned by Wexorinia or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a guide gives you a license to use it as described in Section 5 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

10. Limitation of liability

Guides are provided for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Wexorinia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a guide or the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
